Today I will be showing you how to attract new cash rich patients to your practice with 2 hours (or less) of work – even if you have no marketing experience.
This same campaign generated over $100,000+ in America and currently no one in the whole of the North West of England is using this type of advertising.
I suggest you take 10 minutes to read this entire guide
What we will be creating is a Facebook marketing campaign designed to find easy patients who need some sort of cosmetic dentistry.
The type of marketing we’re using is called life event marketing. This means a huge life event has happened or is about to happen, and you place your offer to help them with this life event.
It’s a very easy sell.
Just think of gyms in January and how easy it is to market their services because the life event of new year’s resolutions has just occurred and everyone wants to be healthy – it’s an easy time to be a gym marketing your services right?
The life event you will be targeting your offer to is those who are recently engaged and will be marrying within the year.
This is super simple, you don’t need to understand any fancy marketing targeting you will simply type in Engaged on your Facebook ad account under the tab Detailed Targeting:
It will look like this, now if you’re scratching your head wondering “what is a Facebook ad account, do I have one and how do I access it?”
Now, you will see from the above that we have up to 24,000 women we can market to. And the great thing is, we can keep this campaign running (pretty much forever) as people get engaged every single day.
So what offer will we be marketing to them? Well, you’ve probably got a great idea where I’m going with this and rubbing your hands at the thought of all the work you can provide…
Wedding Smile Makeovers
Here’s the deal, put yourself in your patient’s expensive wedding shoes. It’s their big day, it will be their most photographed moment of their life, and they will do anything they can to make themselves look perfect. You know this, I know this and they certainly know this.
Mentally they’re prepared to spend a lot of money too – which also helps.
So we know who we’re marketing to, and what service we’re offering, now we need a message and an offer to send out to the newly engaged women on Facebook.
I’d suggest something like this:
“Girls, let us make your wedding day perfect by helping you feel confident in your smile. Book yourself in today for a FREE smile assessment and FREE teeth whitening *limited to 15 people”
With this image I created:
With the above message, you would ideally bring the patient in, assess their smile, give them the free teeth whitening on the day (or allow them to reclaim 2 weeks before their wedding).
And then upsell them on additional services – but remember they want this, they don’t want to shy away from the camera, so if anything it’s your duty to give them your full range of services.
The finished product should look like this:
Now, you also have a second advert you can run to this audience as an alternative and with this, you get to “kill two birds with 1 stone”.
It goes a little something like this:
“Brides, smile confidently on your big day by booking you & your fiancé our “perfect wedding day smile package” And receive 50% off one of your packages”
With this image:
The idea is to bring 2 new patients to your practice for the price of 1. You would allow them both to receive various treatments, and the cheapest bill you would deduct 50% off (obviously include terms and conditions with this offer).
And here’s the finished product:
The Final Part
Ok, so you know who you’re targeting and how you’re targeting them, you know exactly what you’re offering and what words to say to attract your ideal patients.
Now you need the final piece…. This involves sending your ‘soon to be patients’ to a landing page (this is a special website that helps to capture patients details).
Now, I know you’re probably thinking, why can’t I just send them to my website and they’ll figure it out? And the answer is because your website likely isn’t set up correctly to make patients submit their details in order to claim your offer.
Instead, you will be using something called Clickfunnels. You can buy this template, already designed and premade for you (that means no messing around with stuff you don’t understand)
So your patients will be sent to this page, but you should change the writing (super simple and they have customer support who can do it for you if you get stuck) and use the same writing we used in the Facebook advert:
After they submit their information, you will be able to access their email address and their phone number to contact them at any time….. however, they will also be redirected to this page:
You can edit this to put your phone number in and they will be prompted to make a phone call and book in instantly.
Simple right? Ok, so you may need to watch a video to understand the mechanics behind using your Facebook ad account, but, other than that, it all makes sense right?
Target: Women who are engaged
Offer: Wedding day smile package
Send: Landing page designed to capture their details and make them call you
- You will get a free marketing service for 10 days and will see a number of new patients buying your most profitable services from you.
- You will be one of the first dental practices to be using Facebook marketing in your area and will therefore beat your competition and make your brand stronger in the region.
- We will help you gain more reviews for your practice by using clever marketing email campaigns so you will boost your practices credibility.
- You will feel confident in knowing we’ve already helped 9 American Dental practices earn over $50k+ each by running Dental Implant marketing campaigns for them.
Whats the catch? Nothing, we would like to use your practice as a case study, you will only have to cover the Facebook advert spend which can be agreed upon in the next step.
If this sounds like something you’re even mildly interested in, submit your full details and select either ‘Phone call’ or ‘Face to face meeting’ and we can arrange a time to discuss Facebook marketing for your practice.
Just remember this is exclusive to 3 practices only, so you will have to act fast.
