We have an initial consultation where you tell us your fitness goals & what dress size you’re aiming for. This is a great time for you to ask any unanswered questions you might have.
You join the group sessions, at the time that works most suitable for you. We have over 20 classes a week for you to chose from, so you can fit us around your timetable.
You will be invited to our exclusive facebook group, where you can ask the coaches any questions you’re unsure about. Food, rest time, cheat meals… we’re here to help you reach your fitness goals.
We repeat. The 6 month program doesn’t have to stop there. You can continue and become a regular member after your 6 months.
We invite you back to have your first one to one session. We teach you all the exercises you need to learn over the coming weeks, and we take your first set of measurements (this allows us and you to monitor your progress).
We watch over you during your classes, to make sure you’re doing the exercises correctly, and are working as hard as you can. You’ll be surrounded by many like minded people all working towards similar goals.
We recheck your measurements frequently. You’ll see vast improvements in the shape of your body and the weight you’ve lost. You’ll notice random bursts of energy throughout the day, fat will have dissolved, and you’ll feel a sense of pride knowing you pushed yourself to demand a sleeker, leaner body.
